01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "lili58," "we," "us," "our" refers to lili58 and its licensed operating entity, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator accessible at lili58.cam.
• "Platform" means the lili58 website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming software, content, and services available at lili58.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with lili58, accesses the Platform, or participates in any gaming activity offered by lili58.

• "AMLA" means Republic Act No. 9160, the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, as amended.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to and participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

02 Eligibility

By registering an account with lili58, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a legal resident or citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activity and do not constitute proceeds of crime under Philippine law;
• You understand that real-money gaming involves risk of financial loss and you accept that risk voluntarily.

lili58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by lili58 may result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Registration on lili58 is free of charge. To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your Philippine mobile number, a valid email address where requested, and such other information as lili58 may require during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one active account on lili58. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lili58 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting. Accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lili58 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. lili58 will never ask you for your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to lili58 support immediately. lili58 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

04 KYC Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act, lili58 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. lili58 may request KYC verification at any time deemed necessary, including but not limited to:

• Before processing a Player's first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds specified by PAGCOR or AMLA regulations;
• When lili58's risk monitoring systems flag unusual account activity;
• When lili58 has reasonable cause to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.

4.1 Acceptable KYC Documents

Documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed photographs or scans. Expired documents will not be accepted. lili58 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation where primary documents are insufficient to satisfy KYC requirements.

05 Deposits

lili58 accepts deposits made through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱20. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by lili58, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which lili58 cannot override.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to your lili58 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during standard Philippine banking hours. Processing times may be extended during Philippine public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.

5.2 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits made to lili58 are the sole financial responsibility of the Player. lili58 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a Player. If a deposit is made from a payment account not belonging to the Player, lili58 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, withhold any winnings derived from it, and conduct additional KYC verification before releasing funds.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Player's KYC verification is complete and approved;
• No active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding against the withdrawal amount;
• The Player's account is in good standing with no active investigation, restriction, or suspension;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold, which lili58 will display on the withdrawal page at time of request.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

lili58 offers various bonus programs and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall apply only to the extent of the conflict.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms and expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times);
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game category will be specified in promotion terms;
• Bonuses may have expiry dates, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except through completion of the applicable wagering requirement.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on lili58 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment monitored by independent auditors. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by lili58, its operators, or any third party.

8.1 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is published in that game's information panel accessible from the game lobby. RTP represents the long-term statistical payout rate of a game and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or gaming period.

8.2 Disconnection During Play

In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, lili58's systems will resolve the game round based on the outcome determined at the moment the bet was accepted. Any completed round result will be reflected in your account history when your connection is restored. lili58 is not liable for losses resulting from network disruptions occurring on the Player's side, including mobile data drops or ISP outages common in certain regions of the Philippines.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that causes an error in a game outcome, lili58 reserves the right to void the relevant game rounds and refund affected wagers to the Player's account. lili58's decision regarding malfunction-related disputes is final after review.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lili58 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one lili58 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or collaborative means;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using lili58 for the purpose of money laundering;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your lili58 account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lili58 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in systematic or coordinated bonus abuse as described in Section 7.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

lili58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• lili58 is required to do so under applicable law or PAGCOR directive;
• lili58 suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering;
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• The Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion under lili58's Responsible Gaming program.

10.1 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause (i.e., as a result of Player breach of these Terms), lili58 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any Real Money Balance derived from activity that violated these Terms. Real Money Balance not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon voluntary account closure or account termination not resulting from Player breach, the Player's verified Real Money Balance will be returned in full to the Player's registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

lili58 offers the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits activate immediately upon setting. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Set duration alerts that notify you when a play session has exceeded your chosen time limit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, your account will be temporarily restricted from further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent voluntary self-exclusion from lili58. Self-excluded Players will be added to lili58's exclusion registry and, where applicable, PAGCOR's central exclusion list.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the lili58 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of lili58 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform without lili58's express prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, lili58's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's verified lili58 wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.

lili58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if lili58 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lili58 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. lili58 will endeavor to minimize disruptions and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

lili58 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and lili58. By registering an account with lili58, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in lili58's Privacy Policy.

lili58 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, and with all applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine government agencies where required by law or lawful regulatory order.

15 Amendments to These Terms

lili58 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect — except where a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent security circumstances.

Your continued use of the lili58 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 10 of these Terms. 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lili58 Platform, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes between lili58 and a Player shall first be submitted to lili58's internal dispute resolution process. Players may initiate a dispute by contacting lili58 support at [email protected]. lili58 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a complete written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the supervising regulatory authority, or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
